Payment,

To secure the booking, a payment of 30% of the grand total is due within 1 day of your confirmation of intention to book. 

Payment in full must be fully settled 42 days prior to arrival. If that date is already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of your confirmation of intention to book. 

Cancellation,

Deposit payment non refundable. Balance payment is refundable, less 8% transaction fee if canceled within 30 days or greater of booking. If less than 30 days notice balance will be refunded providing we are able to replace your booking. Please note we will always process your initial deposit payment in house.
