How to play

Click on start game:

The object of the game is to run as far as possible. Enemies and obstacles will try to block your path.

Use the space bar or up key on your keyboard to jump over them. The down key lets you crouch.

If playing on mobile phone, Click on jump button to start the game and start jumping.

How to enter for draw and qualify

To enter for the prize draw, you need to follow these steps:

1. Play the game and try to cover as much distance as possible without colliding with any obstacle.
2. Once you have completed your game, the distance displayed in the upper right corner it will show on the form you are going to submit.
3. Fill out the form provided to submit your distance score, along with your contact details.
4. Share our page on either Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, or Instagram to qualify for the prize draw.

That’s it! By following these steps, you will successfully enter the prize draw and have a chance to win a exciting prize. Remember, you can play the game multiple times and submit your highest score. The player with the highest distance score will win the prize. The game is open to players of all ages, but the prize draw is limited to participants aged 18 and over or by guardian permission if under 18 years of age.

Game Rule

Welcome to the dinosaur-themed game! Here are the rules:

1. You have only one life – if your dinosaur collides with an obstacle (a cactus or a pterodactyl), the game ends.
2. You can control the dino by pressing the spacebar to jump, or the down arrow key to crouch and avoid obstacles. If playing on the phone tap the screen to jump.
3. The distance you manage to overcome during the game is displayed in the upper right corner.
4. You can play multiple times to try and beat your high score.
5. To qualify for the prize draw, you need to submit your distance score by filling out the form provided.
6. You must share our page on one of the following social media platforms to qualify for the prize draw: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram.
7. The prize draw winner will be selected on the highest score.
8. The prize winner will be announced by email or phone number they have provided.
9. Our decision on the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The game is open to players of all ages, but the prize draw is limited to participants aged 18 and over or by guardian permission if under 18 years of age.
11. Once you feel satisfied with your score, you may submit it by filling out the form “Submit Score” button that appears on the form.
12. By playing the game, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions for Request PropView Inc. – Dinosaur Game Contest

If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should not play the game or submit your information for the draw.

By playing the Dinosaur Game Contest (“the Contest”), you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: The Contest is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of your legal guardian to collect the prize.

You must be  a legal resident of Canada. 

The prize of the Game is based on the city / town-where players reside. To claim prize the winner must show ID that proves place of residency.

Employees of Request PropView Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest, and anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the Game are not eligible to play and receive any prize from the game.

By participating in the Game, you confirm that you are eligible and meet all of the above eligibility requirements

Contest Period: The current draw period begins on [START DATE] and ends on [END DATE]. The draw will take place on [DRAW DATE] specified on the website in Eastern Standard time. Also the winner name might be announced on the game’s website or social media. 

Entry: In order to enter the Contest, all information required in the entry form on the website must be filled out completely and accurately, including full name, date of birth, town/ city, province, and email address. 

The player will need to share Request PropView Inc. page on one of the social medias we have in order to qualify for the Contest.

Privacy: Personal information provided by the player will be used by Request PropView Inc. for the purpose of administering the Contest, and may be used for marketing purposes. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

Cheating: Players are prohibited from using any source of equipment or devices to cheat the game. Any player found to have cheated at any point during the Contest will be disqualified. Any attempt to cheat the game or submit false information will result in immediate disqualification. The use of any devices or equipment to manipulate the game is strictly prohibited.

Prize: The highest score at the end of the Contest period will win the prize. The winner will be contacted by email or phone call and announced on the Draw Date specified on the website. 

The winner must prove their age and city / town by providing a government-issued ID in order to collect the prize. The prize must be collected within seven days of the Draw Date. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person. If the winner does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Indemnification: By participating in the Contest, the player agrees to release and hold harmless Request PropView Inc. and its employees, agents, officers, directors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, actions, losses, injury, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Contest, including but not limited to any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from any errors in the administration of the Contest.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Request PropView Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Game.

Governing Law: The Contest is governed by the laws of Canada, and any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.

Changes: Request PropView Inc. reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the Contest, Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice, for any reason.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By playing the game and submitting your score, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any amendments or revisions to these documents that we may make from time to time. We may modify or terminate this game at any time without notice.
