The most expensive neighbourhood to rent in was Stonebridge-Dakota, with an average rent of $1,658. The cheapest neighbourhood to rent in was Downtown, with an average rent of $1,020.
The report also found that the most popular type of rental property in Saskatoon in February 2023 was a two-bedroom apartment, with a median rent of $1,347. For one-bedroom apartments, the median was $1,043 and for Three-bedroom apartments $1,805.
Overall, the report indicated that the rental market in Saskatoon remained steady in February 2023, with rents largely increasing when compared to the same period last year.
