Meanwhile, the least expensive area is College Park, with an average rent of $892 for a one-bedroom and $1,083 for a two-bedroom.
 
Overall, the rental market in Saskatoon remains strong, with rental prices expected to continue increasing in the near future. Furthermore, rents in the city typically fluctuate throughout the year, with prices typically peaking around April and May and dipping slightly in the fall and winter months.
